“100% USA-Built” means that all design, development, copywriting, quality assurance, and deployment work is performed by US-based personnel. No offshore contractors, no overseas subcontractors, and no foreign-sourced labor are used at any stage of the build.
Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, DNS) may operate globally distributed server networks by design. The “USA-Built” claim refers exclusively to the human labor producing the deliverable — not to the geographic location of server hardware.
AI tooling used in the build process is sourced exclusively from US-based providers (see Claim 3 below). No AI-generated content is published without human review and approval by US-based personnel.

“One Operational AI Presence™” — Trademark Notice
One Operational AI Presence™ is a common-law trademark of AlphaWolfDesign LLC. The ™ symbol denotes an unregistered trademark claim. No federal registration has been filed as of the effective date of this record.
The term refers to a proprietary methodology for integrating one AI-driven, conversion-oriented content placement on the client's home page — architecturally matched to the client's offer, voice, and intended close. Each placement is custom-built for the specific engagement; no generic templates are used. Additional placements on other pages are available as scope additions, quoted separately.
CLAIM 5
“All reasonable revisions inside your original vector are included — first round, no charge”
Alpha Wolf Design delivers one revision round between Hour 48 and Hour 54 of every build. Revisions are defined as refinements to the original vector submitted at Hour 0: color, copy, layout adjustments, headline tone, image swaps, and alignment to the Hour 0 brief. This round is included in the fixed $4,997 price at no additional charge.
Scope additions — new pages beyond six, custom functionality, new applications, additional Operational AI Presence™ placements beyond the included home-page placement, or a complete redirection of the original vector — are excluded from the revision round and quoted separately. Scope additions are welcomed at any time and billed separately.
